Synopsis:

En 1578, la reine Elizabeth Ière demande à son magicien le Dr John Dee de lui donner 'la vision de son temps'. Il invoque alors l'ange Ariel qui transporte la reine et le magicien dans l'Angleterre dévastée post punk, post Margaret Thatcher, où la civilisation n'évolue plus. Les bandes d'adolescentes punks errent dans les rues. La police fasciste est toute aussi dangereuse. Buckingham Palace est un studio d'enregistrement, le centre d'un vaste empire médiatique contrôlé par Borgia Ginz.
