Vincent works as their professional 'suicide merchant' but has perhaps taken on his final job when turning up at the Bryce mansion with a poisonous potion. Has he been engaged by Walter Bryce to do in his wife Celia so he can run away with his mistress? Or has Celia employed his services to fulfill her bizarre double-suicide pact with Walter?
