Synopsis:

Polka-dot's Mum is battling a serious illness and to gain courage Penelope "Polka-dot" enters the "Cops for Kids" programme where she helps out at the Police Kennel. Cooper is a hard-nosed K-9 cop who has recently broken up with his fiance, Samantha and is charmed by Polka-dot while working at the kennel. When Cooper finally learns the truth about Polka-dot, he confides in Samantha who is charmed by the deeply felt concern Cooper shows. All the while what had been a lost relationship between Cooper and Samantha now comes back together as their romance is re-kindled.
