Someone is kidnapping parachutists - while they're still in the air! The army are baffled and call in ace air investigator Bob Megan (Patrick Allen) to solve the mystery and find the missing men. Bob has a more personal mystery to solve too: he meets a strange and beautiful woman who fascinates him, then vanishes.
