Synopsis:

BEYOND BLUNDERDOME: Homer attends a preview of a new movie with Mel Gibson and gives him bad reviews. Mel invites Homer to co-produce the film with him. Homer turns the film into a gory action movie, with far-reaching consequences for Mel Gibson. ITCHY AND SCRATCHY: THE MOVIE: Homer and Marge are told by the school that Bart needs to learn more discipline if he is to succeed in life. When Maggie escapes while Bart had to babysit her, Homer has had enough: he forbids Bart to watch the new Itchy And Scratchy movie. Bart finally gives in and we see how Bart becomes Chief Justice of America much later... 22 SHORT MOVIES ABOUT SPRINGFIELD: An episode in which all secondary characters are introduced in a short film. With Director Skinner inviting Commissioner Chalmers to dinner, Reverend Lovejoy's dog spraying Flanders grass and Mulhouse's father in a Pulp Fiction-esque story. A STAR IS BURNS: There's a film festival in Springfield with guest critic Jay Sherman. The final finale is between an artful film 'Pukahontas' by Barney Gumbel and an auto-biographical production by Mr.Burns. It's up to Homer to determine the winner.
