Synopsis:

When a South African policeman dies in his arms after supplying precious information about drug trafficking in Naples, Comm. 'Flatfoot' Rizzo (Bud Spencer) heads to Johannseburg in search of the truth and the cop's missing son. Once there, he soon learns that the case involves not only drug dealing, but blood diamonds, kidnapping and a whole lot of bad guys that Flatfoot's just going to have to deal with the Italian way.

Commissary Rizzo in Napoli gets a message from a plocieman from South Africa who wants to meet him. Immediatlz before this meeting the south african policeman is killed. Dying he shows Rizzo a picture of his little son Bodo. Riyyo travels to Johannesburg to find out what the policeman was working on and to find Bodo.
