Synopsis:

Inspired by true events, Stingers reveals the shadowy and ambiguous world of undercover cops: people with covert lives and constantly changing identities. They defeat crime from behind the enemy lines - always without a badge and frequently without protection. The operatives of the Undercover Unit work in the most murky and dangerous of all occupations. No-one uses the name they were born with. It's safer that way. Their rules are so removed from the rest of the police force than few can relate to what they do. This unique breed of highly-skilled elite police gents contend with a multitude of risks to themselves and their colleagues.
