Synopsis:

The poor, downtrodden (beautiful, of course) "dutiful" daughter in a London society family falls for a barrister, disguises herself, and takes a job as governess to his son. Adapted from the novel, "A Little Flat in the Temple".

A young Londoner (Ann Harding) disguises herself to become governess of the son of the barrister (Leslie Howard) she loves.

Directed by Robert Milton from a screenplay by Horace Jackson and Graham John, the story of Devotion is a convoluted tale of mistaken identity.
