Synopsis:
Leila Roine is getting married to engineer Lauri Honkatie in a few hours. There are a couple of obstacles in the way, though. His old fling, Asta Jokimaa appears and wants him back. And so does her old boyfriend, poet Esko Raide. Asta convinces Leila that Lauri is unfaithful, so she decides to run off with Esko all the way to Petsamo.
