Synopsis:

The outbreak of WWI plunges a young couple into tragedy when Italy, where 17 year old Francesca hails, declares war on Austria, the homeland of her boyfriend Andreas. Borders across the spectacular Dolomiti Mountains soon become divides as neighbours turn into enemies and the once inseparable lovers forced to live apart just as Andreas is drafted into the army.

A young Austrian soldier in World War 1 fights his way through the Alps to rescue his first love and escape the impending explosion that will rock the mountain.

How war affects the people in the spectacular Dolomiti Mountains at the outbreak of WWI between Italy and Austria-Hungary in 1915.
