People who dial 976-EVIL receive supernatural powers and turn into satanic killers. When Spike dialed 976-EVIL, he knew it was an expensive toll call, but he didn't know that he'd have to pay for it with his soul.

In a small town, a bullied unpopular high school student named Hoax finds an ad for 976-EVIL that provides daily 'horrorscopes'; when he calls the number he gains evil powers and uses his new powers to retaliate against the people who pick on him.

Horror film. 976 EVIL is a toll-free phone number providing a daily
horoscope, used by rebellious teenager Spike and his cousin Hoax.
Hoax is connected with diabolical forces via the phone and undergoes
