Synopsis:

Jill and Joy find money on the street and buy Mrs Rosebud's house. The house is custom-made for two little girls. Jill and Joy start to enjoy the summer of their lives and make the acquaintance of two wondrous neighbour ladies Tinglestein and Tanglestein. One night a burglar pays a visit to the houses in the neighbourhood and Joy's brother John starts to investigate. John is, however, trapped in the freezer of the ice cream factory and the girls have to go on a daring rescue mission. At the end all is well and Joy celebrates her birthday in the yard of her own house. When the parents of the girls arrive, they are amazed to find out that the girls now have a house of their own.
