Synopsis:

Barry Munday (Wilson) is the archetypal pervert. When he's at work he's perving on the secretary's tits, when he's not at work he's hanging outside the cinema perving on the ticket clerk's tits. If he's not doing either of those? He's at the strip club: perving on tits, watching pornos: perving on tits, basically any generic tit related perving - you name it, Barry's doing it. That is until all his mild mind molesting gets him into trouble, and lands him in a hospital bed, sans scrotum… or the rest of the testes for that matter. Then, just when things couldn't get any worse for the man with meat but no veg, he receives a letter saying his filthy one night stand (of which he has no recollection) is pregnant with his child, and will he sign the papers to accept paternity.

Taking a break from the raging success of Broadway musical (and soon to be film), Rock of Ages, director Chris D'Arienzo's feature film debut Family Jewels provides dark humour with a little pinch of tenderness. A tragicomedy of sorts, protagonist Barry Munday is forced to overcome the ultimate male identity crisis: the loss of his 'family jewels', whilst coming to terms with the biggest shock of his life. A quirky story, supported by a stellar cast, the film isn't actually as cringey as the name implies, although it does get pretty close at times...

Barry Munday wakes up after being attacked to realize that he's missing his family jewels. To make matters worse, he learns he's facing a paternity lawsuit filed by a woman he can't remember having sex with.
